JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Ensuring achievement of Individual Performance Target (SKI) aligned with job desc, formulating working program and its indicators, understanding his/her role, collecting data and information, scheduling and prioritizing activities, implementing Unit’s Program, reporting work result to Supervisor periodically.
  • Providing strategic and operational direction as well as guidance on all transformation activities, especially those related to change management activities in the implementation of transformation
  • Coordinating and Facilitating Strategy implementation and Change Management plan in order to make it effectively run
  • Monitoring effectiveness of change management strategy and plan including strategy adjustment required for improvement.
  • Implementing strategy, plan, milestone and KPI fulfilment of change management regarding
  • Support as a team to reporting effectiveness of change management activities

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor degree in any major, preferable in Management with min IPK 3.00
  • 0-2 year’s experience in Business Strategy & Management, with maximum age 30 years old.
  • Individuals with physical disabilities are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal with minimum TOEFL Score 500 or IELTS Score 6.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Ensuring achievement of Individual Performance Target (SKI) aligned with job desc, formulating working program and its indicators, understanding his/her role, collecting data and information, scheduling and prioritizing activities, implementing Unit’s Program, reporting work result to Supervisor periodically;
  • Design and propose tailored solutions for Telin CDCo customer opportunities, addressing specific customer requirements;
  • Collaborate with all relevant units to ensure that proposed solutions are workable and feasible for implementation;
  • Generate reports, review, and analyze the solutions provided to customers;
  • Supervise the day-to-day activities of the presales team;
  • Build and expand a network to enhance knowledge about Telin products and partners;
  • Oversee all solution designs for ENLA customer accounts, both in Jakarta and globally;
  • Manage all opportunities from the ENLA region to ensure response times meet targets;
  • Handle all solution proposals for bidding cases, particularly for the ENLA region;
  • Supervise, monitor, and provide advice on solutions proposed for the ENLA region;
  • Keep the team updated on new Telin products and pricing models.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication, Computer science or a similar field for support management roles;
  • More than 3 years of experience in the Telco Wholesale Industries;
  • Have an in-depth understanding of Connectivity technology, covering all layers from Layer 1 to Layer 7;
  • Capable of creating Solution Designs, Technical Diagrams, and Solution Diagrams and Sales Force Familiarity, Proficient in operating Sales Force
  • Fluent in English with a minimum TOEFL score of 500 or an IELTS score of 6.
