In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient. Key Responsibilities:

Job Qualifications:

Consultant SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)
Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced SAP Operation Functional Consultant specializing in the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and providing solutions for incoming tickets, assessing and implementing change requests (CR), and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve support tickets related to SAP SD, ensuring timely resolution within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Assess and execute Change Requests (CR) for SAP SD, determining effort, timeline, and required man-days.
- Create and maintain deliverables related to CRs, including CR Forms, UAT Scripts, User Manuals, and other project documentation.
- Provide regular reports on ticket status and CR progress to stakeholders.
- Conduct Refreshment Training and End User Training sessions for SAP SD users.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their needs.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP SD, including support and implementation.
- Strong understanding of SAP SD configuration and business processes, with knowledge of integration with other SAP modules being a plus.
- Proven experience in analyzing and providing best practice solutions in SAP SD.
- Ability to create Functional Specification documents and design program requirements (RICEF).
